Member Services Associate:

You must have excellent telephone skills and strong computer skills as well as problem-solving skills particularly with Microsoft products. You will be receiving calls and researching transactions as well as troubleshooting and forwarding calls to appropriate areas. You will also provide level one support for our online Web-based applications.

Marketing Manager:

The successful candidate will be immediately responsible for corporate communications and image building, market research and analysis, as well as product packaging and advertising. Candidates should be strong writers and possess skills in database management and the suite of Adobe design software products. A Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing along with 3-5 years of progressive advancement within a banking or corporate marketing department is required.
