EasCorp's Liquidity Planning Webcast

The NCUA recently issued an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) requesting public comment on the scope and requirements of a regulation that would require all federally insured credit unions to have access to backup federal liquidity sources for use in times of financial emergency and distressed economic circumstances.
We would like to educate members with respect to the federal liquidity sources available to them presently (i.e. NCUA Central Liquidity Facility, Federal Reserve Bank Discount Window), and how credit unions may access these sources directly or indirectly.
Our featured speakers for the webcast are Mr. Owen Cole and Ms. Cindy Nelson. Mr. Cole is the director of the office of capital markets & planning at NCUA and president of the Central Liquidity Facility. Ms. Nelson is EasCorp's Sr. VP of ALM.
